You only need to fill out the form with your personal information, indicating, on the bases of the programme (constantly updated), up to two preferences (the Chefs you want to meet).

Once sent, you'll get a registration confirmation email with a summary of the instructions.

Reservation confirmation, though, will be communicated by phone at a later time.

Following reservation order, based on the time the email was sent at, we'll try to enlist you for one of the chosen event. Otherwise, our administrative office will contact you for scheduling another Authentica Inspiration event. The spirit of Authentica Inspiration is that of partecipating to this series of special events, regardless of the particular Chef. With this spirit in mind will try and give a chance to everybody.
If you will not be invited for a chosen event, indeed, you can still have a chance and live, likewise, a unique experience among the 10 people that can enter the room*.

Don't be afraid: Authentica Inspiration calendar is still open and constantly updating. In addition to the events already on the website, others will be added in the foreseable future. For any info, we invite you to wait a call from us.***

* It's possible to reserve only once for at most two people.

** Due to the limited number of guests, once that limit is reached for all available events we will block reservation through a public news.

*** Prices will be unchanged. Any communications about prices will be given by phone by our operators to all those who will recieve the call to confirm the reservation.
