To get married in a pizzeria
It is a strong emotion and a great honor for me to organise in Caiazzo, into my Pizzeria, an event as important as marriage.
An infinite joy to meet the amazement on the faces of the happy guests while meeting the unexpected beauty of our places and the goodness of the products of our land, through tasting the menus I entirely designed and dedicated to the host territory.
Aperitif is based on local cheeses, meats and vegetables, offered directly by the producers and my symbol pizzas, which transmit, with their perfumes and their authentic flavors, the essence of the hills of the Alto Casertano and Matese mountains.
“Margherita sbagliata”, with curly tomato raw from "La Sbecciatrice"; “Riccia nero ripiegata”, with dried sausage from "Maialino nero Casertano" (a typical black piglet of Caserta); “Profumi del Matese”, with cheeses and oregano from Matese; “Alletterata”, with cream of onions from Alife and alletterato quality tuna … just to name a few pizzas.
A very original as unusual location for wedding, and without any doubt "out of the box", but that will certainly surprise and delight the refined palates of bride, groom and their guests.
